How long does delivery take?

USA: 7–15 business days. 
Australia: 10–20 business days.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $25.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order anytime using the Track Your Order page on our website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes and cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Email us immediately at sacredloveinfo@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

What materials are the necklaces made from?

Our pieces are crafted from 316L stainless steel with 14k white gold or 18k yellow gold plating. They are hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant with normal wear.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email us at sacredloveinfo@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

Do you ship to Australia?

Yes! We ship to both the United States and Australia. Estimated delivery to Australia is 10–20 business days.
